Key Point: Google missing create "Save" button at the new version TTS......
How to fix:
1/ Open Google Play Store, Search " Speech Services by Google"
2/Click update. If the save button does not show up at Google Voice Typing, try " Uninstall "
3/Go back to select language. Now you can see the "Save" button
4/Seletct your language, go back to Google Play Store>Speech Services by Google
5/Click update to renew the Speech Services by Google
